Activate your account through the welcome email to create your password. From your dashboard, you can change your flavours, skip or move up an order, adjust your frequency, address or payment info, all in one place.
Shipping is free on orders over $80 in eligible delivery zones.

Missing a flavour? Here’s why 💚
We use only top-quality ingredients. If a key ingredient is temporarily unavailable, we’d rather pause the flavour than compromise our standards.
We’ll let you know by email, but if it happens last-minute, we’ll swap the missing flavour with another from your selection. If several items are affected, we’ll contact you first.

Delivery
Delivery didn’t go perfectly? We’ve got you! 🙌
Our insulated boxes and dry ice keep your products cold during transit. If your products arrive no longer frozen but still cold to the touch, just pop them in the freezer.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or too thawed, email us at [email protected] with photos, the product list, and your order number.
And most importantly, don’t throw anything out before talking to us! 💚

Here’s how Evive delivery works 🚚
Your box usually arrives the week after billing, between Tuesday and Thursday. Not home? No worries, it’ll be left at your door or building entrance.
We suggest using a home address, since business deliveries aren’t always guaranteed. We don’t ship to PO boxes, and you can’t pick your delivery day just yet. but we’re working on it!

When will your order arrive? 📦
For your first order, the average delivery time is 10 business days. All orders placed before 9 p.m. on Monday will be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday of the upcoming week. Orders placed after this cut-off will be delivered the week after.
For recurring orders billed on Wednesdays, your box will arrive at your door between Tuesday and Thursday, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., the following week.

Packaging & Dry Ice ❄️♻️
Our boxes and insulation are made from 100% recycled, recyclable, and BPA-free materials.
The dry ice keeps your products cold for up to 48 hours. If it's still present upon delivery, handle it with gloves to protect your hands, as it is extremely cold. The risk of burns is minimal, and the evaporation of carbon dioxide is not dangerous. Once the dry ice has evaporated, you can recycle the bags.
